We are looking for motivated and confident Telecalling Executives to support our business development efforts.

Job Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients using the provided leads or databases
• Introduce Think Digital’s services clearly and professionally
• Understand client requirements and generate qualified leads for the sales team
• Schedule meetings or follow-up calls for senior sales/strategy teams
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in CRM or Excel
• Follow up with interested prospects to convert inquiries into opportunities
• Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead generation targets
• Maintain a professional and positive attitude while handling client interactions

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support is preferred
• Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali (needed)
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing services is an advantage (training will be provided)
• Ability to handle objections and communicate confidently
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, CRM tools)
