Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services.
  • Handle inbound calls and provide information about company offerings.
  • Maintain customer records in the database.
  • Follow up with customers for feedback, leads, or pending inquiries.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling targets.
  • Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to generate and close leads.
  • Provide accurate information to customers and maintain professionalism in all interactions.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills (English, Tamil, and/or regional languages preferred).
  • Good listening and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
  • Ability to handle rejections and remain calm under pressure.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.

Qualifications:

  • Any Graduate.
  • Experience: 0–2 years in telecalling, telesales, or customer service (Freshers can apply).
