Position: Telecaller

Location: Pallavi International School, Sagar Road
Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective parents and provide information about school programs and admissions.
• Handle inbound calls and respond to queries courteously and accurately.
• Maintain and update call logs, inquiry records, and follow-up schedules.
• Convert leads into admissions through effective communication and engagement.
• Collaborate with the admissions and marketing teams to support outreach initiatives.
• Ensure all communication reflects the school’s values and professionalism.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduate / Intermediate with good communication skills (English, Hindi, Telugu preferred).
• Prior experience in telecalling, customer care, or counselling (preferred).
• Pleasant voice, patience, and strong convincing ability.
• Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and team-oriented.
