Job Title: Telecalling Executive – Real Estate (Lead Generation)
Location: Goregaon East, Mumbai (Onsite)

Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month

About the Role:
We are looking for a dedicated Telecalling Executive to support our Real Estate team by generating quality leads and nurturing client relationships over calls. The role involves engaging with potential clients, sharing project details, and scheduling site visits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and follow up on inquiries.
• Explain project features, pricing, and benefits clearly over calls.
• Generate qualified leads and fix appointments for site visits.
• Maintain and update lead records in CRM/Excel sheets.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-up and closure.
• Build rapport with clients to enhance conversion rates.

Requirements:

• Graduate/HSC with strong communication skills.
• 1–3 years of experience in telecalling/lead generation (real estate experience preferred).
• Good persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working on call targets and achieving daily/monthly lead generation goals.
• Knowledge of Mumbai’s real estate market will be an advantage.

• Goregaon East, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
