Key Responsibilities

Identify and connect with potential clients seeking loans or working capital.
Explain loan products, eligibility, and repayment terms in a clear and professional manner.
Guide clients through documentation, application, and approval processes.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to company growth.
Stay updated with market trends, competitor offerings, and financial industry regulations.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
Prior experience in sales, banking, NBFCs, or financial services is an advantage.
Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and passionate about client service.
