About the Role We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Telecaller to join our team. The telecaller will be responsible for contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about our products/services, answering queries, and generating sales or leads. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective customers. Explain products or services and answer customer questions clearly. Generate leads and maintain follow-ups to close sales. Maintain customer records and update CRM/database regularly. Handle customer objections professionally and guide them effectively. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and sales targets. Provide accurate information and offer solutions based on customer needs. Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Required Skills Good communication skills (Hindi/English or regional languages). Confident, polite, and customer-friendly attitude. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred). Ability to handle rejections and work under targets. Quick learner with problem-solving skills. Qualifications Minimum Qualification: 12th pass / Graduation preferred.
