Job Description

We are hiring a Telecaller to handle customer calls related to service reminders, appointment booking, follow-ups, and general enquiries. The role ensures effective communication between customers and the service department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls for service reminders and appointment scheduling.
  • Attend inbound customer calls and respond to service-related queries.
  • Follow up on pending services and missed appointments.
  • Coordinate with Service Advisors for vehicle status updates.
  • Collect customer feedback after service.
  • Share information on service offers and promotions.
  • Ensure professional communication and customer satisfaction.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Good communication skill
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Pleasant telephone etiquette.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 per month
