Job Role: We are looking for a dedicated and field-active Legal Manager to support our collection efforts. The candidate will accompany collection executives to customer premises, represent the company in a legal capacity, issue legal notices, and explain recovery implications to defaulting customers—ensuring recovery through strictly legal means . Key Responsibilities: Accompany collection team to visit defaulting customers. Act as a legal representative/advocate of Fuji Global Finance. Issue and explain legal notices Educate customers about legal implications of non-payment. Coordinate with external legal counsel, if required. Prepare and maintain legal documentation for recovery. Maintain strong records of legal communication and action taken. Assist in filing legal recovery cases, if required. Ensure recovery is done through legal and ethical procedures. Requirements: LLB/LLM from a recognized university. Minimum 1 years of experience in NBFC/Banks in loan recovery/legal collection. Sound knowledge of loan recovery laws, notices, legal proceedings .
