Legal Manager - collection

Job Role:

We are looking for a dedicated and field-active Legal Manager to support our collection efforts. The candidate will accompany collection executives to customer premises, represent the company in a legal capacity, issue legal notices, and explain recovery implications to defaulting customers—ensuring recovery through strictly legal means.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accompany collection team to visit defaulting customers.
• Act as a legal representative/advocate of Fuji Global Finance.
• Issue and explain legal notices
• Educate customers about legal implications of non-payment.
• Coordinate with external legal counsel, if required.
• Prepare and maintain legal documentation for recovery.
• Maintain strong records of legal communication and action taken.
• Assist in filing legal recovery cases, if required.
• Ensure recovery is done through legal and ethical procedures.

Requirements:

• LLB/LLM from a recognized university.
• Minimum 1 years of experience in NBFC/Banks in loan recovery/legal collection.
• Sound knowledge of loan recovery laws, notices, legal proceedings.
• Willingness to travel extensively for field visits.
• Strong communication and legal negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle tough situations confidently and lawfully.
