Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telecalling Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, explaining our products/services, and generating leads or sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain the company’s products/services.
• Handle inbound inquiries and provide relevant information.
• Maintain a database of customer calls and update details in the CRM system.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls, leads, or sales.
• Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude in all customer interactions.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing team to improve conversion rates.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills in [Specify Languages – e.g., English, Hindi, Regional Language].
• Ability to persuade and handle customer objections confidently.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
• Strong listening skills and customer-centric approach.
• Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is an advantage.
