Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Tele Calling Executive to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate should have 0-4 years of experience in telecalling, collections, or related fields.

Roles and Responsibility

Handle inbound and outbound calls to customers for various banking services.
Resolve customer queries and issues professionally and promptly.
Meet daily and monthly targets for call volume and resolution rates.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.
Provide excellent customer service and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Job Requirements

Any graduate degree from a recognized university.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Familiarity with banking products and services is an advantage.
Ability to build rapport with customers over the phone.
Experience in inclusive banking, SBL, or tele calling is desirable.
