Tele Calling Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telemarketing Representative to join our team. As a Payment Collection Telemarketing Representative, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers to collect outstanding payments, resolve billing issues, and provide excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls: Contact customers via phone to collect outstanding payments, discuss payment arrangements, and resolve billing issues.

2. Negotiate payment plans: Work with customers to establish payment plans, ensuring timely payments and resolving outstanding balances.

3. Update customer information: Accurately update customer records, including payment information, contact details, and account status.

4. Meet productivity and quality standards: Achieve daily call volume, payment collection, and quality targets.

Requirements:

1. Graduate

2. 1-2 years of telemarketing or customer service experience: Preferred

3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills: Required

4. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment: Required

5. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software and Tally: Preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
