Position Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic Female Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in engaging with potential customers (both B2C and B2B), providing information about our services, and converting leads into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers, providing information about solar energy solutions and services offered by Astitva Energies.
• Handle inbound queries professionally and efficiently.
• Build rapport with clients, understand their requirements, and offer tailored solutions.
• Follow up on leads generated through marketing activities and maintain an updated database of customer interactions.
• Schedule appointments for the sales team and ensure proper handover of warm leads.
• Maintain and exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and conversions.
• Address customer concerns, provide solutions, and resolve queries in a professional manner.
• Work collaboratively with the sales and marketing teams to implement strategies and improve conversion rates.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and maintain high standards of customer communication.

Skills & Qualifications

• Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and Hindi is a must.
• Educational Qualification: Minimum 12th pass; graduation preferred.
• Experience: 1-3 years of telecalling or customer service experience preferred (freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply).
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated under pressure.
• Knowledge of solar energy or renewable energy is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is a plus.

Working Hours

• Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 5:30 PM (flexibility may be required).
