1-Make outbound calls to the customer and inform about the product and the service we are offering, update and follow-up.
2- Resolve customer enquiry with updated knowledge.
3-Built strong Appointments and Leads with professional communication.
4- Generate Appointment while identifying customer concerns and addressing it efficiently.
5-Work closely with the team to improve and engagement strategies.
6-Meet daily, weekly and monthly targets as set by the management.
7- Australian Process experienced will be preferred but freshers are also welcome
