Role Overview: We are looking for a proactive and persuasive Telecalling Executive to join our sales and customer relations team. This role is key in maintaining and growing relationships with retailers, distributors, and potential B2B clients. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote products and take orders. Share product information, offers, pricing, and new launches confidently and clearly. Maintain daily call logs, feedback reports, and follow-ups. Coordinate with the sales team for order fulfillment and client servicing. Build and nurture long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business. Handle basic queries related to product specifications, availability, and pricing. Requirements: Minimum 1–2 years of telecalling or telesales experience (preferably in textiles, garments, or FMCG sector). Basic computer skills (MS Excel, WhatsApp Business, CRM software familiarity is a bonus). Confident, polite, and persuasive tone with a customer-first attitude. Ability to work under targets and follow a structured calling process.
