Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tele-Calling Executive | Academic Counsellor located in Hyderabad. The individual will be responsible for engaging with prospective students and their families, making outbound calls to provide detailed information about study abroad programs, and assisting in the application process. Daily tasks include maintaining follow-ups, addressing queries regarding admissions, scholarships, and visa requirements, scheduling counseling sessions, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth process workflows. Additionally, the role involves maintaining student records and offering ongoing support as needed.

Qualifications

0-3 years Experience 

• Proficiency in Communication, Customer Service, and Relationship Management, Student Friendly
• Skills in Tele-calling, Counseling, and Active Listening
• Familiarity with Educational Systems, Admission Processes, and Visa Procedures
• Time Management, Multitasking, and Organizational Skills
• Working knowledge of MS Office tools and Data Management Systems
• Ability to work with diverse demographics and build trust
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; prior experience in education consultancy or tele-calling is advantageous and Excel Skills
• Enthusiasm for helping students achieve their educational aspirations
