Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Tele-Caller/Telemarketer to join our team on an immediate basis. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to convert calls into business opportunities.

Roles and Responsibility

Attend telephonic inquiries related to projects and respond professionally.
Make outbound calls according to provided leads and follow up with clients until leads are closed.
Assist supervisors from the Marketing & Sales Team in achieving sales targets.
Convert cold calls into business opportunities through effective communication.
Handle client relationships and provide excellent customer service.
Refer friends and colleagues if they are comfortable with the role.

Job Requirements

Good experience in making cold calls, telecalling, and converting calls into business.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with marketing and sales principles.
Job Type: Full-time.
