Listen attentively to customer inquiries and concerns. Provide accurate and helpful information about our products or services. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently. Document customer interactions and call details for future reference. Outbound Calls: Conduct outbound calls to generate leads, schedule appointments, or conduct surveys (depending on the specific role). Deliver clear and concise information about our offerings. Professionally handle objections and strive to convert leads into customers. General Duties: Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times. Uphold company policies and procedures. Meet or exceed call center performance metrics (e.g., call handling time, customer satisfaction). Learn and adapt to new products, services, and procedures.
