1. Lead Generation: Reach out to prospective clients via phone to introduce real estate projects and services through cold calling .

3. Appointment Scheduling: Book meetings and property viewings for clients with the sales team.
4. Follow-ups: Ensure timely follow-up with potential clients and convert leads into sales opportunities.
5. Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the CRM system.
6. Product Knowledge: Keep up-to-date with current and upcoming real estate projects to provide clients with the most relevant and accurate information.
7. Customer Service: Address any questions or concerns from clients regarding property details, pricing, availability, and other inquiries.
8. Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to close deals and achieve targets.
