We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The role involves handling outbound and inbound calls, explaining our products/services to customers, and ensuring excellent customer support.

Keyskills :

Fresher or up to 2 years of experience in telecalling/customer service. Excellent communication skills in English. 12th Pass / Graduate. Target-oriented with a positive attitude. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM).

Make outbound calls to clients and explain our products/services. Handle inbound calls and respond to queries professionally. Maintain records of calls, customer details, and follow-ups in CRM.
