JobSummary:

We are seeking a Telecaller to join our sales team in Coimbatore. The role involves generating leads, handling customer inquiries, and supporting sales targets. The Telecaller will play a crucial role in customer interaction and appointment scheduling.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads through outbound calls and identify potential customers.
Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide product information.
Schedule appointments for the sales team, ensuring efficient lead management.
Maintain and update the customer database (CRM) with accurate information.
Follow up with potential customers to nurture leads and drive sales.
Support marketing campaigns and contribute to achieving monthly sales targets.
Provide excellent customer service to enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications / Requirements:

Any Graduate / Diploma
1-3 years of experience in telecalling or a related sales role.
Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate product information clearly.
Proficiency in basic computer skills and CRM software.
A positive attitude and persuasive ability to influence customers.
Ability to work effectively in a team and meet sales targets.

Preferred Skills / Attributes:

Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM).
Strong active listening skills and ability to understand customer needs.
Ability to handle customer objections and resolve issues effectively.
Familiarity with sales techniques and strategies.
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
