Job Description

Role: Telecaller & Student Counsellor We are looking for an energetic and persuasive individual to join our team. You will be responsible for engaging with students and parents over the phone, explaining study abroad opportunities, and supporting them throughout the admission process. Key Responsibilities: * Make outbound calls to prospective students and follow up on inquiries. * Provide detailed information on international courses, universities, and admission procedures. * Maintain accurate call logs and student databases. * Schedule counselling sessions and assist walk-in inquiries. * Support documentation and application processes. * Assist with organizing seminars, webinars, and spot admission events. Requirements: * Minimum Qualification: Any Degree * Experience: 02 years in telecalling, counselling, or customer support (Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome). * Excellent verbal skills in English and Tamil (Knowledge of Hindi/Malayalam/Kannada is an added advantage). * Confident, proactive, and goal-driven personality. * Basic computer skills and data entry proficiency. * Eagerness to learn about international education systems.
