Organization: Shanghai Flavours of China Town

Location: Kolkata, India (Onsite)

Experience Required: 0.5 to 2 years in telecalling

Salary: ₹10,000 - ₹18,000 per month + Incentives based on target achievement(Salary Based On Experinece)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telecaller to join our dynamic team at Shanghai Flavours of China Town. The role involves engaging with customers, promoting our services, and ensuring customer satisfaction while meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Outreach:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to inform them about our menu, promotions, and services.
• Address customer queries and provide information to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Sales and Target Achievement:

• Promote and up-sell products to achieve monthly sales targets.
• Maintain a conversion rate in line with organizational goals.

Customer Relationship Management:

• Build rapport with customers to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
• Follow up with customers for feedback, resolve complaints, and ensure satisfaction.

Data Management:

• Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and sales.
• Use CRM tools effectively to manage customer interactions.

Team Collaboration:

• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss progress and address challenges.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Experience: 0.5 to 2 years of telecalling experience, preferably in the food & beverage or hospitality industry.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication in Bengali, Hindi, and English.
• Persuasive Skills: Strong ability to convince and close sales over the phone.
• Customer Orientation: A positive attitude and willingness to assist customers.
• Tech-Savvy: Basic knowledge of computer applications and CRM tools.
• Work Ethic: Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work under pressure.

Compensation and Benefits:
