Job Role- Tele caller real estate
work experience : 0 to 2 years of experience in the pune.summary :We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Truecaller to join our real estate department the Truecaller primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to potential clients and generate leads for the sales team. the ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and passion for customer service. Roles and responsibilities :1) Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote our real estate service.2) Generate leads and set up appointments for the sales team.3) Follow up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction .4) Maintain a database of client information and interactions.5) Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and goals. 6) Provide excellent customer service and address and inquiries or convert.Salary:Salary package for freshers -17k to 18kSalary package for experienced to 22kQualification:1) 0-1 year of experience in a similar role , preferably in the real estate industry. 2) Excellent communication skills both verbal and written 3) Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor. 4) Ability to work in a fast -paced environment and meet targets. 5) Proficiency in ms office and crm software6) Ability to work independently and as part of a teamRotational week off... SATURDAY and SUNDAY will be a working day only6 days week
