Role & responsibilities

Position Summary

The Tele-Caller will be responsible for initiating outbound calls to prospective and existing customers in the agriculture sector. This role involves generating sales leads, promoting our range of agri-products, answering product inquiries, and supporting the field sales team to achieve regional targets.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Lead Generation

Conduct high-volume
outbound calls
to farmers, agricultural retailers, distributors, and cooperatives from provided databases.
Introduce and promote
the company's agricultural products, clearly explaining their features, benefits, and applications.
Qualify leads
by understanding the customer's crop type, farm size, product needs, and purchasing history.
Successfully achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, lead generation, and appointment setting for the field sales team.
Follow up on initial contacts and existing customers to check on product performance and satisfaction.

Communication & Customer Service

Answer incoming calls
and resolve customer questions related to product usage, pricing, availability, and delivery.
Handle customer grievances or complaints professionally and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Clearly communicate special offers, promotional schemes, and market information to customers.
