Experience: 1-5 years in tele calling, customer service, or tele sales (preferably in hospitality, resorts, or wellness industries)

Working:9.30 Am to 6.30 Pm (Monday to Saturday)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and persuasive TeleTele callerTelecaller to join our team at Ridhira Retreat. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, handling inbound inquiries, and converting leads into bookings for the resort, banquets, and wellness services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and promote Ridhira Retreat real estate offerings.

• Answer inbound calls and assist potential buyers with inquiries regarding property details, availability, prices, and other related queries.

• Explain the features, benefits, and pricing of Ridhira Retreats offerings to potential customers.

• Follow up with customers via phone, email, and WhatsApp to nurture relationships.

• Work closely with the sales and marketing team to align on sales strategies.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, customer feedback, and conversions.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call targets and sales goals.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent qualification.

• Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales in the hospitality industry is preferred.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.

• Ability to handle objections and convert inquiries into bookings.

• Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Telugu (preferred).
