Job Title: Telecaller – Hospital Frontline Support Job Location: Matrutvam Women's Multi Specialty Hospital, Ahilyanagar Job Type: Full-time Salary: As per industry standard Job Overview: We are looking for a polite, patient-friendly Telecaller to manage calls at our hospital. Your main role is to answer incoming calls, handle patient inquiries, book appointments , and keep a daily count of OPD (Outpatient Department) visits . No sales. No pressure. Just clear and helpful communication. Key Responsibilities: Answer incoming patient calls with warmth and clarity Provide information about doctors, timings, departments, and procedures Book OPD appointments and maintain an appointment sheet (online or register) Inform patients of any doctor unavailability or rescheduling Record daily OPD visit counts and share summary with supervisor Redirect emergency calls to concerned departments immediately Maintain patient confidentiality at all times Provide basic follow-up information if needed (like test report pickup or department timings) Skills Required: Good communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, English Basic computer knowledge (Excel, call software, WhatsApp) Calm, ppolite,and patient attitude with people Able to multitask and stay organized Prior experience in clinics/hospitals/telecalling is a plus but not mandatory Who Should Apply?
