Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecaller, located in Kolkata. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining the financial products and services offered by MyMoneyMantra, and answering any inquiries. They will also update customer information in the company’s database, follow up with leads, and assist customers with the loan application process. The Telecaller will work closely with the sales and marketing team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service. Qualifications Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills Basic knowledge of financial products and services Customer service and listening skills Ability to work in a target-driven environment Strong organizational and record-keeping skills Proficiency in Hindi, English, and Bengali is preferred Experience in telecalling or sales is a plus High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is a plus
