Roles & Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective clients/candidates as per company requirements.
Handle inbound queries and provide accurate information regarding products, services, or opportunities.
Maintain call records, update databases, and follow up with leads or candidates.
Support the Sales/HR/Business Development team in generating leads and scheduling meetings.
Build rapport with clients/candidates and maintain a professional approach.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call targets.
Provide feedback and reports to reporting manager on call progress.

Key Skills Required:

Excellent verbal communication in
English, Hindi & Gujarati
.
Pleasant voice and confident personality.
Strong persuasion and follow-up skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM/ERP preferred).
Ability to multitask and work in a team.
