Role:

Role Summary:

The Telecaller will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calling activities, managing and updating lead data, and supporting sales through effective follow-ups. The role requires strong experience in lead management, handling bulk data, and maintaining accuracy in reports using Excel and CRM systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers based on provided leads.
• Handle inbound customer queries and provide accurate product/service information. • Manage end-to-end lead lifecycle including lead allocation, follow-ups, and closure tracking. • Maintain and update bulk customer and lead data in Excel/CRM systems with high accuracy. • Ensure regular follow-ups on open leads and update call outcomes and remarks. • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead status reports. • Coordinate with sales teams to ensure timely handover of qualified leads. • Maintain data confidentiality and ensure adherence to company processes.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Minimum 45 years of experience as a Telecaller / Tele Sales Executive.
• Prior experience in lead management and handling bulk data is mandatory. • Strong working knowledge of MS Excel (data entry, basic formulas, reports). • Experience in CRM or lead management systems preferred. • Good communication skills in English and local language (Marathi/Hindi preferred). • Ability to manage high call volumes with attention to detail and accuracy. • Strong follow-up skills and customer-oriented approach.
