Objectives of this role

• Assist with Sales order processing inputting and tracking orders, and updating sales records.
• Support communication with stake holders like Stockist, distributors, Sales Managers, Sales team and respond to basic inquiries and sales team queries.
• Prepare reports and presentations of sales related data.
• Assist the Sales team in sales related functions.

Responsibilities

• Learn to create and build new client relationships by communicating effectively and support them in sales activity.
• Assist the sales team to manage schedules, and file important documents.
• Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material, such as brochures, presentations, and proposals.
• Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.
• Maintain an organized and accessible filing system for sales and administrative professionals.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure brand consistency and increase sales opportunities.
• Supporting the sales team in attaining sales targets.
• Monitor the teams progress, identifying shortcomings, and proposing improvements.
• Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events to boost sales opportunities.
• Act as a point of contact for urgent calls, emails, and messages when sales representatives are unavailable.
• Provide data and guides to help the sales team develop their skills and enhance performance.
• Monitor the teams performance and report on metrics, such as target achievement and sales figures.

Requirements

• Passion to interact and communicate with client or team over call, can interact with 150 -180 stakeholders a day.

• Should be fluent in south Indian languages like Telugu, Tamil, Kannada

• Bachelor’s degree in business management or a related field.
• Ability to demonstrate administrative experience quality.
• Enthusiastic towards the role, result-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Excellent in MS office
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Team player with the ability to maintain company integrity and confidentiality.
• Proficient in MS Office and ready to learn (sales applications, processed, etc.).
• Exceptional time-management and organizational skills.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Totally committed to work and mature enough to learn, handle responsibility with great vigour.
