We are expanding our communication and customer support operations and are looking for a confident, energetic, and customer-oriented Tele Caller to join our team. Role Overview:

As a Tele Caller, you will be responsible for engaging with prospective customers through outbound and inbound calls, sharing information about our services, generating leads, and supporting the sales and operations team. This role suits individuals who are motivated, persuasive, and committed to achieving communication and conversion targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Outbound Calling: Contact potential customers from the given database and introduce company services.

Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads for business opportunities.

Customer Interaction: Provide clear and professional information about tour packages, services, and offerings.

Follow-Up: Maintain timely follow-up with interested prospects and update lead status.

Data Management: Keep accurate records of calls, customer details, and feedback in the system.

Appointment Scheduling: Arrange meetings or calls for the sales team when required.

Performance Targets: Achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets.

Qualifications:

Education: Minimum 12th pass; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Experience:

0–2 years in telecalling, customer service, BPO, or sales.

Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.

Skill Requirements:

Excellent English communication; Hindi proficiency is an added advantage.

Confident, enthusiastic, and customer-centric personality.

Ability to handle queries professionally and build rapport over the phone.

Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM/data entry).
