Job Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients.
• Explain the company’s services and solutions clearly and effectively.
• Handle customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and resolve queries.
• Follow up with interested clients via calls or emails.
• Maintain records of calls, leads, and client interactions using CRM or Excel.
• Achieve daily/weekly call targets and conversion goals.
• Coordinate with the sales or operations team for smooth client onboarding.

Requirements:

• Minimum 12th pass or Graduate in any stream.
• Excellent communication skills in Odiya, Hindi and English. (Additional languages are a plus.)
• Confident, polite, and customer-oriented approach.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email handling, CRM preferred).
