Job Description – Business Development Executive (Female)

Position: Business Development Executive (Tele calling – Construction Industry)
Location: HSR layout
Experience Required: Minimum 1 years’ experience in tele calling (preferably in construction/real estate or related field)

Timing : 10:00 to 6:30
Employment Type: Full-time

Role Overview

We are looking for a female Business Development Executive (BDE) with prior experience in construction tele calling. The role does not require lead generation; instead, the candidate will focus on client communication, follow-ups, and support coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to existing and potential clients in the construction industry.
  • Handle inquiries, provide basic information, and maintain a professional tone.
  • Follow up with clients regarding ongoing projects, meetings, or documentation.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and updates in MS Excel or CRM tools.
  • Support the business development team by coordinating schedules and client communications.
  • Build rapport with clients through excellent communication skills.

· Manage and maintain offline leads.
Generate sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups.

· Record and maintain follow-ups in CRM software.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in tele calling (construction/real estate industry preferred)
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and/or regional languages.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and data entry.
  • Pleasant personality, confident, and customer-focused attitude.
  • Graduation (any stream) preferred, but not mandatory if communication is excellent.

Parameters for Selecting the Candidate

  • Experience
  • At least 6 months of relevant tele calling/customer handling experience.
  • Preference to candidates with prior exposure to construction/real estate sector.
  • Communication Skills
  • Clear, confident, and fluent in English and Hindi (plus local language if needed).
  • Ability to handle professional conversations without hesitation.
  • Technical Skills
  • Working knowledge of MS Excel (basic functions like data entry, filtering, formatting).
  • Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
  • Personality & Soft Skills
  • Polite, professional, and customer-oriented approach.
  • Good listening skills and patience while handling queries.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Work Attitude
  • Consistency in follow-ups and documentation.
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and adaptability.
  • Punctuality and discipline in work culture.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
