Reno-Bath is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Telemarketing sales to lead our telemarketing team, drive sales growth, and enhance customer engagement. This individual will play a key role in our bathroom renovation business by training, mentoring, and supervising a team of telemarketers, ensuring high performance and achievement of targets.
Responsibilities:
- Need to have 1 To 2 years of experience
- Make outbound calls to promote products/services
- Generate leads and build relationships
- Respond to inbound calls and address customer concerns
- Meet sales targets and performance metrics
- Update customer information and collaborate with internal teams
