Job Description:
Position: Female Telecaller ExecutiveLocation: Ernakulam , Kalamassery

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and clients within the designated region.
• Handle incoming calls and inquiries from existing and prospective clients, providing information about our products/services.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent communication and follow-up skills.
• Understand customer needs and requirements, and provide appropriate solutions or information.
• Achieve monthly targets for lead generation, sales, or other key performance indicators (KPIs) as assigned by the supervisor.
• Keep accurate records of all interactions, including details of inquiries, comments, and complaints.
• Collaborate effectively with the sales and marketing teams to maximize sales opportunities and contribute to overall business growth.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, pricing, and promotional activities to effectively communicate with customers.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including maintaining confidentiality of customer information.

Requirements:

• Fluency in spoken and written Malayalam is essential.
• Proven experience as a telecaller or similar customer service role is preferred, but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications such as MS Office and CRM software.
• Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn.
• Must be located in or willing to relocate to Ernakulam.
• Female candidates are preferred for this role.
