Answering Inbound Calls:Professionally and efficiently answer phone calls from patients, family members, and other healthcare professionals.
Providing Information:Accurately and clearly answer questions regarding hospital services, procedures, and patient care.
Scheduling Appointments:Schedule and confirm appointments for patients with various departments and specialists.
Handling Inquiries:Address patient inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a courteous and empathetic manner.
Taking Messages:Accurately record and relay messages to the appropriate personnel.
Maintaining Records:Keep accurate and organized records of patient interactions, including call details, inquiries, and actions taken.
Referring Calls:Direct calls to the appropriate departments or individuals based on the nature of the inquiry.
Processing Forms and Applications:Assist with the processing of forms and applications related to patient care and services.
Following Up:Follow up on patient requests and ensure timely responses.
Handling Sensitive Information:Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information with utmost care and discretion.
Thriving Under Pressure:Manage a high volume of calls and maintain composure in stressful situations.
