We are looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated Telecallers(female) to join our team. the candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to perspective students , providing information about our courses, and assisting with the admission process.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to students to inform them about courses and programs.
handle inbound inquiries and provide detailed information about admissions, fees, and eligibility.
Follow-up with potential students via phone calls, emails, and messages.
Maintain and Update the database of prospective students.
Assist in scheduling counselling sessions and appointments.
Address queries and concerns in a professional and friendly manner.
work closely with the admissions and marketing team to achieve enrollment.

Requirements:

minimum qualification: bachelor's degree in any field.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
basic computer knowledge(MS office, email, CRM tools).
Ability to work in a fast paced environment and handle rejections positively.
freshers are welcome; prior experience in telecalling / customer service is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
