Job Title:- Telecaller Executive

Reports To:- Telecalling Team Manager

Job Type:- Full-time

Experience:-1-3 years (preferably in telecalling, sales, or customer support)

Salary:-₹12000- ₹15000 per month (dependent on experience and performance)

Female Candidates Preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Outbound Calls:- Make outbound calls to potential customers, provide information about products/services, and generate leads.
• Customer Support:* Handle inbound queries, resolve customer issues, and provide excellent customer service.
• Sales Growth:* Meet sales targets, convert leads into customers, and contribute to business growth.
• Data Management:* Update and maintain customer records in CRM systems.
• Performance Metrics:* Achieve performance metrics, such as call volume, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction scores.

Essential Skills:

• Communication:-Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills.
• Active Listening:-Ability to listen attentively to customer concerns and respond appropriately.
• Problem-Solving:-Strong problem-solving abilities and resilience in handling rejections.
• Time Management: Effective time management and multitasking capabilities.
