Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Female Tele-Caller to join our educational institute's team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential students via telephone to provide information about our institute's programs and services, answer inquiries, and ultimately convert inquiries into enrollments. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a persuasive demeanor, and a passion for education.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective students who have shown interest in our institute's programs.
  • Provide accurate information about our institute, programs, courses, fees, and admission procedures.
  • Answer incoming inquiries from potential students via phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.
  • Maintain a polite and professional demeanor during all interactions with prospective students.
  • Listen to students' needs and concerns, address their questions effectively, and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Follow up with prospective students who have shown interest but have not yet enrolled.
  • Keep detailed records of interactions with prospective students in the database.
  • Meet or exceed monthly enrollment targets set by the institute.
  • Collaborate with the admissions team to ensure smooth enrollment processes for students.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and educational developments to effectively communicate the institute's value proposition.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a tele-caller, preferably in the education sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a clear and pleasant telephone manner.
  • Ability to effectively convey information and persuade potential students to enroll in our programs.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for maintaining accurate records.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer proficiency.
  • Fluency in multiple languages, especially English and any regional languages, is an advantage.
  • A bachelor's degree in education, communication, business administration, or a related field is preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
