Tele Caller Executive

Job Title: Telecaller

Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and dedicated telecaller who will be responsible for coordinating between guardians and teachers. The ideal candidate must be confident in handling calls, fluent in English, Bengali, and Hindi, and possess excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and maintain communication between guardians and teachers.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism.
• Provide accurate information and address queries effectively.
• Maintain records of conversations and follow-ups systematically.
• Work responsibly and independently while achieving daily/weekly targets.
• Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction through clear and polite communication.

Requirements:

• Comfortable and confident in speaking over phone calls.
• Fluency in English, Bengali, and Hindi (spoken ).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work responsibly and manage tasks independently.
• Prior experience in telecalling/customer service will be an added advantage.

Job Details:

• Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month
• Incentives & Bonus: Attractive performance-based incentives and bonus for outstanding work.

• Training Location: Barasat, Duckbunglow More (3 Days)
• Posting Location: Dumdum
