Tele Caller Executive

Job Title: Telecaller Executive Location: Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh Job Type: Full-time Experience: 0-2 years preferred Language Requirement: Fluent in Hindi, English (Tamil is a plus) Industry: Information Technology / IT Services Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Telecaller with a background or basic understanding of IT services . The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, explaining IT service offerings, generating leads, and setting up meetings for the sales team. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers in Hindi. Explain IT services and solutions in a simple and engaging manner. Understand client needs and generate interest in IT service offerings (e.g., software development, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, etc.). Schedule appointments for the sales or technical team. Maintain a database of client information and follow-up schedules. Meet daily/weekly call and lead targets. Handle inbound inquiries professionally and efficiently. Collaborate with the sales and marketing team for campaign execution. Requirements: Proven experience as a telecaller, telemarketer, or customer service role. Excellent communication skills in Hindi (English is an advantage). Basic knowledge of IT services and terminology (software, cloud, networking, etc.). Ability to explain technical concepts in a clear, simple way. Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills. Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools is a plus. Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (preferred but not mandatory). Preferred Qualifications: Experience in IT sales or BPO/Call Center for tech products/services.
