Job Role:

We are looking for a Telecalling Executive (Payment Recovery) to help us collect payments while maintaining good relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call customers to remind them about overdue payments.
• Send payment follow-ups via email or other communication channels.
• Resolve any issues related to bills or payments.
• Work with customers’ accounts or stores teams to clear payments.
• Maintain accurate payment records in our system.
• Analyze payment delays and suggest improvements.
• Coordinate with sales and finance teams to ensure smooth payment processes.

Who Can Apply?

• Education: Preferably a graduate in Business, Commerce, or related fields.
• Experience: At least 2 years in payment collection, accounts receivable, or similar jobs.
• Languages: Must know English, Hindi, and Marathi.
• Skills Needed:
• Good communication and people skills.
• Ability to solve problems and stay organized.
• Knowledge of finance, accounting, and bookkeeping basics.
• Comfortable with ledger reconciliation.

Job Details:

• Work Hours: 10 AM to 6 PM
• Location: UBIXA Pvt. Ltd., Saturna, Badnera Road, Opp. Petrol Pump, Amravati, Maharashtra – 444607
• Salary: ₹10,000-20,000/month + performance bonuses
