This role is ideal for someone with a technical background who enjoys interacting with customers, building relationships, and driving business growth. Key Responsibilities: 1) Lead Conversion & Customer Interaction: Engage with incoming leads from IndiaMart, JustDial, and other sources Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable technical products Collect necessary details (Company Name, Address, Email, GST, etc.) for quotations 2) Quotation & Order Handling: Prepare and send accurate quotations to potential customers Follow up on quotations to convert inquiries into sales Process purchase orders, generate tax invoices, and manage delivery documentation 3) Relationship Building: Maintain regular communication with existing and new customers Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction 4) Data Management & Reporting: Maintain accurate customer and order details in CRM/ERP systems Track lead status and sales pipeline Desired Candidate Profile: ✅ Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or other Engineering disciplines ✅ Skills & Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in technical sales, business development, or related fields (Freshers with good communication skills and technical knowledge can also apply) Knowledge of electrical test equipment (Multimeters, Clamp Meters, Insulation Testers) and/or precision measuring instruments (Vernier Calipers, Micrometers, etc.) is preferred Strong communication skills in Hindi, English, and Marathi Basic understanding of quotations, purchase orders, tax invoices, and GST Employment Details: Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Location: UBIXA Pvt.
