Tele Caller Executive (Female)

We are looking for a Female Telecaller Executive to handle inbound/outbound calls, follow-up with students/parents, provide admission guidance, and convert leads into admissions. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for helping students.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to students & parents for MBBS/NEET admission enquiries
• Handle inbound calls and explain course/country information (India & Abroad)
• Counsel students about eligibility, process, fees, scholarships, & documentation
• Maintain CRM data, track call status, and follow up regularly
• Schedule counselling sessions & appointments with senior counsellors
• Coordinate with admission & documentation team for processing
• Achieve monthly lead conversion/admission targets
• Maintain professionalism and company reputation

Required Skills

• Good communication skills (Hindi & English mandatory)
• Confident voice tone & polite behaviour
• Basic computer knowledge (Email, WhatsApp, CRM usage)
• Ability to handle pressure & meet targets
• Time management and coordination skills

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: 12th Pass / Graduation (Any Stream)
• Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers with good communication can apply)
• Gender: Female Only
• Age: 18–32 years
