Tele caller Executive (Female)

Company: Baked Cakes and Pastries, Kollam

Location: Kollam, Kerala (In-Person)
Experience: 0–2 years

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000.00 per month.

Incentives: Performance-linked bonuses (Earn more based on your results!).

Job Type: Full-time.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls and handle inquiries to cater our diverse customer base.
Effectively explain our products and offers to potential customers to drive sales.
Assist customers through the ordering process and ensure all details are captured accurately.
Provide excellent service by resolving queries and maintaining a professional brand image.
Work consistently toward meeting daily calling and sales targets.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s Degree (Any stream) is mandatory.
Languages: Must be fluent in Malayalam.
Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply).
Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Kollam.

Skills We Are Looking For

Strong persuasive skills and a positive attitude.
Ability to multitask and handle high call volumes.
Basic computer proficiency for data entry and reporting.
