Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities

Outbound Calls: Contact potential and existing clients to promote products/services and generate sales.
Inbound Calls: Handle customer queries, resolve complaints, and provide support.
Lead Generation: Identify and qualify prospects, passing hot leads to the sales team.
Customer Engagement: Build relationships, understand needs, and offer solutions.
Data Management: Maintain detailed records of calls and update customer info in CRM systems.
Target Achievement: Meet daily, weekly, or monthly sales/call goals.

Essential Skills:

Communication: Excellent verbal, persuasive, and active listening skills.
Interpersonal: Ability to build rapport and handle challenging individuals.
