Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our Elysian Interior team.
Your primary responsibility will be to call potential customers, explain our residential interior design packages, and schedule appointments with our designers.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to new and follow-up leads
• Explain interior services and offers in a friendly manner
• Maintain customer details and follow-ups in Excel/CRM
• Coordinate appointment scheduling with design team
• Meet weekly targets (calls & appointments)

Required Skills:

• Strong communication in Hindi / English / Kannada
• Basic computer & mobile handling knowledge
• Confident, convincing, and polite attitude
• Interior domain knowledge (preferred, not mandatory)
