Responsible for ensuring seamless booking processes that align with service quality standards. Provide comprehensive trip assistance to partners and customers for a hassle-free experience. Address any last-minute concerns at the end of trips, striving for customer and partner satisfaction. Proactively gather customer feedback to enhance service quality. Facilitate the smooth onboarding of new partners and offer continuous support during this process. Serve as a partner advocate, ensuring their needs are met and legal documentation compliance is maintained. Foster positive partner relationships to encourage long-term collaboration and success.
