Tele Caller Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Pitching: Present and promote our stock market research products and services to potential clients.
• Client Communication: Engage with clients to understand their needs, answer inquiries, and provide product/service information.
• Sales Support: Assist in preparing proposals, follow-ups, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and provide necessary support for sales campaigns.
• Market Research: Stay updated with stock market trends and research products to effectively communicate the benefits to clients.

Requirements:

• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Basic understanding of the stock market and finance (or willingness to learn).
• Strong interest in sales and client management.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Good problem-solving and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic knowledge of CRM tools is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
